While working full time as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing home, Claire obtained her undergraduate degree in Humanities from Georgian Court University in 1997. She continued working in Management roles in healthcare while finishing her graduate degree from Georgian Court in 2007. During this time Claire had run a community based geriatric program throughout Ocean and Monmouth Counties for a large hospital system. She then worked in Administration at one of the areas largest hospitals as Senior Manager of Patient Relations caring for the needs of their patients and families while ensuring their satisfaction of care. Claire was also the founder and manager of “Maternal Wings” charity which provided the necessities for poverty stricken new moms for 7 years throughout the state of New Jersey. During this time, Claire was crowned “Mrs. New Jersey” and travelled the state with crown and sash gaining support for her charity. She has also played a large role in managing her husbands outpatient Physical Therapy office, “Hands on Physical Therapy”. Claire’s strong desire to help others and her diverse healthcare experience has given her the vision to bring great service and care to her community. Melissa Grando

Melissa Grando

Melissa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Moravian College with an undergraduate degree in elementary education followed by her Master’s degree. Melissa spent many years teaching fifth grade in an inclusive classroom and enjoyed caring for their individual needs of her students. Melissa always had the desire to help people on a deeper level so she went back to school to receive her degree in nursing through Seton Hall University where she also graduated Magna Cum Laude. During her time there, she honed her skills, completing rotations in various areas of community health. She then began a fulfilling career working as an RN in a local hospital first as staff nurse, and eventually as an outcomes coordinator for the Quality Resource department. She has combined her passion for providing high quality clinical care with her desire to educate patients and improve outcomes. Melissa looks forward to ensuring that you have the best healthcare experience in the comforts of your own home.
